No account, no personal data

This app has no sign-in screen, no registration and no user account. It never asks for your name, e-mail address, phone number or location, and it has nowhere to keep them.

Nothing leaves your device

The thirty Cyrillic letters, every word deck and every translation are bundled into the app when you install it. While you use the app it makes no network request at all: no server call, no visitor measurement, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no cookies.

This is exactly what "Data Not Collected" means in Apple's privacy label: there is no data to collect, because nothing is ever sent anywhere.

What stays on your device

Only two settings are stored on your device and nowhere else: the interface language you chose (EN / RU / UA) and your daily reminder (on or off, and at what time).

Both are written to the app's own storage on the device (in a web browser: the browser's local storage). They are never uploaded, never reach us and contain no identifier. Removing the app deletes both completely.

The daily reminder

When you switch the reminder on, iOS asks you for notification permission and the device itself schedules the reminder. There is no push service, no server and no device token: the notification is created and shown by your own phone.

If you decline the permission the switch stays off and nothing else in the app changes. To allow it later: iOS Settings › Bulgarian › Notifications.

Sharing a card

When you tap share on a flashcard, iOS opens its own share sheet. You decide where the text goes; we do not see what you share or whom you send it to.

Who is responsible

This app is operated by SMARTIA OOD (СМАРТИЯ ООД) — Tria City Center, Burgas, Bulgaria (EU) — which is also the data controller under the GDPR. Contact e-mail: smartiasupport@gmail.com

The controller is established in the European Union (Bulgaria), so processing is governed by the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (ЗЗЛД). Where the app is used by residents of Türkiye, Turkish law no. 6698 (KVKK) applies as well.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (GDPR Art. 15–22; KVKK Art. 11). Because this app holds no data about you, such a request is normally answered by confirming that nothing is stored. Write to the address above; we answer within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.

Changes

If a future version ever adds an account, cloud-synced progress or a purchase, this page is updated before that version is released — not afterwards.
