The Bulgarian app for iPhone and iPad

This page describes the iOS app exactly as it is submitted to the App Store. The website you are reading offers more than the app does, so both lists are printed below: what the app contains, and what lives only here on the web.

In the app

• The Cyrillic bridge: the thirty letters, each badged against the script you already read.
• Word decks for everyday situations — flip cards with the meaning on the back, a CEFR level on every card, and a phonetic respelling for readers of the Latin alphabet.
• A word of the day on the home screen, chosen by the device from its own calendar.
• Share any card through the iOS share sheet, and a light haptic tap when a card is flipped.
• A daily study reminder that the device schedules by itself — a local notification, with no server involved.
• Privacy and terms screens inside the app, in all three interface languages.
• Three interface languages: English, Russian and Ukrainian.
• Everything works with no connection at all. No account, no sign-in, no purchase, and nothing collected.

On this website only — not in the app

• Recorded pronunciation. The website plays recordings made by Bulgarian speakers; the app has no audio playback and teaches pronunciation in writing.
• The letter quiz and the word quiz. Neither is part of the app.
• Learned words, best scores and the practice streak. The website keeps them in your browser; the app has no progress screen.
• First week. The arrival phrases for the counter, the bank and the landlord are a website page.

The split is deliberate: the app is the offline half and never loads this website.
